• Yes, I've been able to connect my iPad to the tv via AirPlay and google chrome isn't really necessary

• Well i would assume you can stream to the tv from the ipad using wifi so the answer would be yes but check with Apple to see if you need an app

• If your iPad is connected to this TV you should be able to view things you have downloaded to it.
