ME and my parents bought this exact same TV on 9/7/2015. At first it worked great.....a little over 30 days, I noticed a line running across the TV about 6 inches from the Top. Everything below the line was blurry. We called best buy, but since it was after 30 days of purchase, and we didn't purchase the "geek squad" extended warranty, they wouldn't do anything for us. So we called Vizio themselves about the Warranty. They ended up wanting to send us a "refurbished" TV. We argued with the customer service people that their offer was unacceptable considering how new it was, so they agreed to send us a new replacement. So far so good, but very odd on how it went defective in less than a week. Also its a shame that Best-buy wouldn't help us out considering the TV had a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. I guess BestBuy does that cause they want to to pay for their "geek squad" extended warranty. in my opinion if the TV has a 1 year warranty, BestBuy should have to stand behind it and handle the replacements and all that for the 1 year.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Edd, I would contact Best Buy ASAP. There are control boards in the TV. I've seen this happen in older TVs. While the technical skill to fix it isn't much and the price for the boards are cheap; if you just bought this TV, let someone else take care of the problem for you. If for some reason you can't take it back or it's not worth the drive, you can google Vizio error codes and do a pretty good job of figuring out the issue from a flashing/blinking light on the tv. I've had mine for a month and I've been impressed. I hope you find the same happiness with yours.

Watching a movie on cable and/or Netflix it will have that pixelated problem or one side is pixels and the other side is stuck or even the other side will keep going with the sounds in the background. I should tell my fiancé about it and see if we should get another TV. Which is sad because we love how clear it is!
