Alsmost all 2014 & 2015 Smart 4k tv's can stream Netflix in 4k if you pay for the 4k package (11.99 iirc) from netflix. Your fios should be more than adequate at 75/75. Earlier tv's didnt have the HVEC 265 decoders needed to do this. However NO TV manufacturers currently offer the VP9 codec that youtube uses for 4k. Not one. This will be changing this summer however and a massive You tube app update will be fixing this. Who will get the update? Only sure bets right now are Sony and Sharp (android TV models). Samsung and LG are solid maybes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this TV and it plays Netflix' 4K content. I've watched a few episodes of Marco Polo and one of the silly nature films Netflix offers in 4K and the picture is great. Interestingly Netflix can detect the 4K capability because when I log on it lists all of the 4K content at the top. Netflix doesn't do that on my other standard HD TVs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer is YES it works very well and I have used Amazon, Netflix and YouTube to stream 4K movies and videos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes if you pay for the 4K content on Netflix it streams amazingly well on this TV both over the wire and using the built in wifi. YouTube as well works in 4K. Basically any internet streaming app works in 4k and any service online like youtube that offers 4K content will display amazingly on this TV. I have personally used Amazon, Netflix and YouTube to do so. Keep in mind the 1080p content up converts and most movies looks stunning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will if you pay the extra money to Netflix for 4k, if you just pay the basic $9/month you can still watch Netflix and it will upscale to 4k.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can tell you that the interface looks markedly better coming through my boyfriend's x-box than on my Fire Stick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been unable to get any of the Netflix 4k shows to play in 4k with either wireless or wired home network -- and believe me, I have tried!
