Yes, get an optical digital to Bluetooth converter, then use Bluetooth headphones. You can do this with any modern TV. Do a search for "Optical Digital Wireless Bluetooth Audio Transmitter".

Works great and he looks like a helicopter pilot! Bought them at Best Buy. About $125. Works great. He can watch TV or concerts 24 hours & not bother a soul.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV has both optical and analog outputs on the back. You would need a separate headphone amplifier to connect to either output. If you buy a soundbar, most of them will have a built in headphone jack and amplifier.
