“Can a TV be both a Smart TV & SmartCast? I have a Vizio TV from Best Buy w/ several choices: HDMI, 73 , SmartCast & a number of others. What is the order to use App and TV to set up, download APP then select SmartCast? No Roku or Fire Stick needed?”
