I am also having issue with Smartcast app, does not consistently connect with soundbar, when it does I am unable to adjust any of the levels. Did i see that correctly - Vizio answered here that it is ‘Not’ compatible?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It happened to me in the beginning. It worked after the third or fourth attempt. Not sure what was the issue as one of my mesh wifi is right behind the speaker.
