No; still gets a glare. We have a row of windows on the opposite wall. My husband always complains if the shutters are open.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a picture window to the side of mine it doesn't cause too much of a glare but it does show some. If you have a lot of windows im not sure how it will show up. There are settings on the TV that help some with the big glares but like I say if you have tons of sun coming in not much you can do other than get some curtains or blinds up. You may want to get more of a matte finish looking screen those do better for situations like yours IMO.
