You are seeing the input resolution from Uverse. The TV up-scales anything 1080p or lower to 4K. (2160P) The TV's native resolution is 2160p regardless of input. You can see 2160P input resolution if you test the Ultraflix app, or sign up for the premium Netflix plan.

To my knowledge their are no cable/satellite providers that offer full 4k. anther thing is I believe hdmi 5 will get you the best result but still anything besides a true 4k will be up scaled. My source of 4k content is netflix, though I do know there are a few others.
