“How to get full 4K picture going? I have HDMI in 1 for UVerse and HDMI in 2 for Blu Ray and still the tv shows 1080i when you hit the info button. How do I get it to default to 4K?”

• You are seeing the input resolution from Uverse. The TV up-scales anything 1080p or lower to 4K. (2160P) The TV's native resolution is 2160p regardless of input. You can see 2160P input resolution if you test the Ultraflix app, or sign up for the premium Netflix plan.

• The tv always up converts to 4k no matter what the screen displays.

• To get full 4k you need a 4k source. To my knowledge their are no cable/satellite providers that offer full 4k. anther thing is I believe hdmi 5 will get you the best result but still anything besides a true 4k will be up scaled. My source of 4k content is netflix, though I do know there are a few others.

• The channel also has to be broadcast in the Ultra HD range.

• Full 4k isn't available from any carrier currently. 1080p is highest unless blu-ray or some Netflix content.
