Is the M series 4k tvs "future proof" ? null

What do you mean future proof? It accepts all current UHD/4K standards and the firmware can easily be updated doesn't the road.

With the exception of curved displays this is the current state of the art. That said NOTHING is future oproof. You can be sure that this time nexgt year this technology with either be improved or superseded.

There is no technology that is considered future proof as industry standards and new advancements constantly improve and change.
