Try turning on game low latency. Also, only HDMI 1 supports HDR
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no i havnt had any issues my ps4 displayed 4k on games that support it. i had to change a setting in sound and display on my ps4 maybe xbox is the same. did you get a 60 hz or 120 hz?
