Hello NexGen, This TV has a full set of features specifically to optimize game play with next generation consoles called ProGaming Engine. This includes things like Auto Game Mode, HDR tone mapping, Variable Refresh Rate, and 4K at 60fps.

It’s only a 60hz display, so you will not be getting 4K at 120hz, something next gen consoles are touting as possible (you would need a 120 Hz display to get full use of 120 frame-per-second gameplay). I personally think it’s very unlikely that we will be getting true next gen games at that frame rate. As you may have seen in the promotional materials for the PS5, it looks like Demon’s Souls, for example, will have a 1440p 60 FPS performance mode and a true 4K frame rate mode, though I don’t know if that one will be locked at 30 or an unlocked variable frame rate. 4K gaming at 120 FPS will likely be reserved for ported current gen games, like Gears of War 5, indie games, and early generation games like Dirt 5. Again, I could be wrong - if 4K at 120 FPS becomes widespread, then this TV is going to be a letdown, since it’s just 60Hz.
