- Answer Typically, when the TV detects headphones or a sound bar attached, it will automatically turn off the TV speakers. You can also access the TV's audio menus to manually turn off the TV speakers.

Questionjust bought a Vizio and the aspect ratio does not move from normal, so my picture is stuck on a picture with a black border up and down. I want a full screen.

- Answer I can adjust my ratio aspect on my Visio 65 inch smart TV. It is not highlighted stuck on normal. I don’t have cable box. All I have is an Internet and a Blu-ray player.
