Energy consumption Why is the energy consumption so much higher on this Vizio model when compared to a Samsung of the same size and attributes, i.e. 4K UHD? Vizio is $45 per year and Samsung is $15 per year according to the energy guide labels. I understand the cost depends on actual usage, but the labels used average usage. $30 isn't a deal breaker for me because I know the total purchase price difference more than makes up for it, but I'm just curious as to where the energy consumption is coming from. Thanks.

Samsung lies on their stickers, was told this by an actual Samsung specialist, vizio is probably the cheapest

I would say its due to the full array led backlight.

I have no idea, I think you'd have to contact Vizio for that one.. but in my laymans opinion, its because the Vizio picture is about 3 times better than the Samsung, so it uses more juice? haha.. but really the picture on this TV blows away the 7100 Samsung
