“For the life of me I can't figure out how to play 4k from a flash drive, any suggestions? All I get is "format unsupported".”

If you have a pc or mac with hdmi output, connect the computer to the tv, change the video settings for hdmi out, and play the video on your computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At a minimum, try to play from HDMI #5. Oddly, the HDMI inputs have different specs/different hertz requirements. There is very little information about this anywhere it the documentation, but the specs are printed right next to the inputs. Maybe this will help...
