- Answer I have used this TV for gaming. I do MOSTLY FPS and in gaming mode it is about as good as my Asus 28 inch gaming monitor. It was so good that I got an M series 50 inch to play games. This is what I use now.

QuestionWhat is the Native Refresh Rate of this TV? It's annoying to have to search this hard to find the actual refresh rates or maybe it was right in front of me and I'm just not seeing it. Thanks for any help.

- Answer If your mount will support the size and weight of the television and can adjust to 400 x 400 mounting pattern it should still work. We would recommend confirming the above information before hanging the television.

QuestionIs there a longer power cord? The one it comes with isnt long enough when using the wall mount. The cord barely comes out the channel.

- Answer There is no option to purchase a long cord. Many people mount these on the wall, with an outlet right behind the TV. Extension cords are $5 on Amazon or at Home Depot.

- Answer This television does not have an Apple TV+ application. We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications or Airplay content to the television from your mobile device.

- Answer Yes, I watched Altered Carbon on the built in Netflix app, and if you it 'info' on the remote, it will show the image resolution info of the content being played and on this and a few other shows it shows '4K dolby vision' sometimes it may show just '4K hdr' .

- Answer The other television is the quantum X series model which is the highest end. This is the quantum series which is high end but not the very top end. The other Quantum X to has 184 more local dimming zones and the contrast is better. The quantum X will have better lighting and better contrast

QuestionWhat do you do if the screws for the stand do not fit? Took the stand back to best buy, showed them the stripped out initial portion of the screws they gave me and they refused to do anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find the proper size?
