• The PQX has twice the dimming zones which provides a better picture quality and more than double the Nits which provides more brightness. All this means is you will notice a better picture quality on the PQX. Other than that they seem to be identical.

• Hello Bob, The Quantum X reaches 3,000 nits of peak brightness while the Quantum reaches 1,200. This yields brighter highlights, more robust vivid colors, and a broader contrast. The Quantum X also has more local dimming zones than the Quantum which provides better contrast and black levels.
