“How hot is this unit? I presently own a Vizio Plazma tv. While I love it, the heat that this puts out is unbelievable and don't want to have a repeat.”

Plasma have a history of being a hot TV. I've had the vizio for awhile now and I have yet to see it get hot. If you have the tv too close to a wall, then it will get hotter.
