Yes, you could connect two sources to teh sound bar and switch between them. But depending on your home theater setup, there may be easier ways to control and connect your devices. Feel free to contact our support team at 855-833-3221, we be happy to discuss optimizing your setup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has multiple ports for sound. If your projector has Bluetooth then it is as simple as swapping the input source for the sound bar. If you want to connect it with a cable, it either has to be of a different type than TV or you will have to change the cords every time you want to use the other one. Cable types are: AUX, HDMI, Optical, Digital, USB, and possibly Ethernet ( I am not sure if that is just for internet or sound as well). If you another device providing the output, like you want it to work with a DVD player (or other output device) you could possibly connect the player to both the TV and Projector and then the sound from the player to the sound bar.

You would need to have HDMI "outputs" on both of those devices and cable the outputs to an HDMI switch, with the output of the HDMI switch going into the soundbar.
