- Answer This remote will work with an existing Roku device. You can pair it to your existing Roku device. If your current remote is dead/broken, download the Roku app and you'll be able to navigate to the Roku settings to pair the remote.

- Answer Is the Roku receiver that’s plugged into the tv visible to the remote? I had my receiver mounted on the back of the tv but found I needed to have it visible from the front of the tv so it could receive the remote controls’s signal. I hope this helps.
