QuestionI bought a vornado but not sure if it’s the same model as I bought it 5or 6 years ago. They look the same but hard to tell from picture. Do they all take the same type of filter and can you post the filter model #? Thanks

- Answer Take the electrical unit off....take the water unit off....pull out orange parts and scrub. Run a descaler monthly

QuestionWhen it says "steam humidifier," does that mean it boils the water and evaporates the hot vapor?

- Answer Steam refers to the gaseous phase of water which is formed when water boils while water vapor refers to the gas phase of water. The difference between steam and water vapor is that water vapor can be produced from the evaporation or boiling of liquid water or from the sublimation of ice while steam is only formed from boiling water.
