• Take the electrical unit off....take the water unit off....pull out orange parts and scrub. Run a descaler monthly

• I just take it all apart and use the included descaler and white vinegar...book has full instructions

• I just use warm sudsy water to clean the tank. The base I let sit for an hour with vinegar and rinse clean. Works amazing! We have very hard water so I have been d o ing it once a week

• Mine came with a cleaner in a packet helps get rid of water buildup from hard water
