“Why does your equipment have different buttons for the fan speed and all these other abilities but blows out cold air. Don’t say one unit might be damaged this is my 4th purchase of this model. It blows out cold air. There is no heat that comes out?”

I can't say for sure, but if I were you I'd go with my gut feeling, because it sounds like a bad unit. I had to return mine as soon as I plugged it in. It smelled burnt and never came on.
