You decide how many pictures you think you will need to sent over LTE and how many days history you want kept on the app. Basic plan is 500 pics/mo with 7 day history on app for $10/mo or $108/yr. All photos are stored on the SD card in the camera itself.

Activation process is quick and easy, usually get a 7 day trial of their elite plan then after that you have to decide how many pictures you need per month. Basic plan is 500 pics/mo with 10 HD optional. $10/mo. Or discount to $108 with annual billing. You can play with settings in the camera to keep below 500 per mo so that works for me. See all the plans available on the VOSKER site.
