“I bought this phone and I can't figure out how to listen to voicemail's. Does this phone have that capability and if so how do I access the voicemail's. I hold number 1 like it says but it doesn't work.”

• Depending on your phone company I dial "*98" and it should call your phone company voicemail and then you enter your pin/password. I have CenturyLink.

• Voicemail is a feature from your service provider. Typically, you dial a designated access number that your provider gives you, then possibly enter a PIN code. Contact your provider for details.
