• Yes both the main base and the second base charge the phone.

• I can confirm that it works fine with OOMA Telo. However, if you have two lines, this phone will not be able to detect the second line through your VoIP service.

• Yes but make sure modem has a RJ45 jack for a phone and not a larger network plug.

• Yes. All you need is an RJ-11 port for your VoIP solution for the phone base to plug into.
