- Answer Arnie - The VTech CS6909 is accessory handset compatible only to the VTech models CS6919/CS6929/CS6949 series. The compatible accessory cordless handset of the IS8151-5 is the model IS8101. The base is expandable up to 12 handsets. Thank you! - VTech Support

- Answer if the question has to do with the ability to BLOCK calls, the answer is YES. If the question has to do with the user-built call directory, the answer is YES.

- Answer Sam - The compatible accessory cordless handset for the VTech CS5329-3 is the model CS5309. The telephone base supports a maximum of five devices. The CS6909 is an accessory cordless handset compatible only to the models CS6919/CS6929/CS6949 series. Thank you! - VTech Support

- Answer Sanju - If you have the VTech CS6929 and CS6929-3 base connected to the same line, the cordless handset from one base will not communicate with the handset from another base. Both bases will work as a stand-alone phone. However, you can deregister the HS from one base and register it to another base so they would communicate with each other. You can also add the CS6909 accessory handset. The telephone base is expandable up to five handsets. Thank you! - VTech Support

QuestionI have the VTech CS6929 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Answering Machine, 1 Handset - Silver -CS6929. I'm assuming if I purchase the CS6909 Dect. 60 Expandable Handset, that it should link up to the base. Is this correct?

- Answer Yes it will connect....however to get it to connect I had to google the instructions and follow the steps and after doing so it works fine

- Answer NO. ML17929 does not support DECT 6.0, so it is not compatible with CS6909.

- Answer Not that I am aware of. There is an intercom INT button on the phone that let's you call from phone to phone within your house.
