“Although the bluetooth headset works for calls, How can I use the bluetooth headset when making calls and needing to press an option like 1 for english or needing to key in # for a conference code? I press on the keypad but it doesn't register anything.”

• Hi - We are sorry to hear that the VTech DS6771-3 does not work as expected. The Bluetooth enabled headset paired to the telephone base can only be used to answer incoming call. Regretfully, it cannot be used to dial out. Thank you, -VTech Support
