• I bought it for my grandson who is eight years old . But I would also get it for a seven year old and up.

• my son is 6 and was perfect for him . i think 4 or 5 years old would be ok provided child is good with gadgetry and in this day and age most all are. as far as upper limit … i had fun playing with it so is quite versatile .
