• I Use FireAlpaca and Krita to draw with my tablet. They're both free, fun, and simple. Perfect for beginners.

• Photoshop is most expensive, but best for professionals and people who know they want to do digital art. It is $10/month. Krita is a free program that your daughter could use to mess around and see if she likes working digitally.
