• When you go to the Wacom website it gives you options as to which software you want to Intuos Art gives you Corel Painter Essentials. Wacom USA website may give you some clarity.

• The software included and the size, the Art comes in both Small and Medium size while the Comic only comes in Small. From a hardware perspective that is the only difference, from there it will really be which of the bundled software is a better fit for your needs, but if you are planning on using other types of software such as Photoshop just to name one, then it will be the same experience.
