• From the research I've done and everything I've looked at, it is compatible with PC's and Mac's, and since it is bluetooth you can connect it to other devices like tablets or phones, at least from what I know. I hope this helped!

• Since you have an option to go wireless, you can upload sketches to a tablet using the Wacom Ink app. I use the paper option. I haven't tried using it as a direct method for drawing since I use an Apple pencil. I use it with my iPad Pro and import the images into Procreate. I love it!
