Q: Questiondoes this charge a 9 volt battery security camera

Q: Questionhow many amps can Wagan - Solar E Charger deliver? (1.5 amps, in my experience, is not enough to charge any device I find useful. Does it provide more than 2 amps? (At 5V or more of course)). How many hours can it deliver 2 amps or more before it dies?
