A:AnswerThe difference is that model 79602 does not include the right and left ear clipper guards and model 79634 does. In my opinion, you really don’t need the ear clipper guards for producing a good haircut.
A:AnswerI have 4 different wahl clippers and this one is the largest one, the blades will last for years, as long as you lubricate the blades before each use, I’ve not seen better blades than Wahl, the engineering of the blades self sharpens, remember maintenance is key!! Clean when done and lube before use.
A:AnswerI use it for both and it works great for me. It's size is that of any other normal clipper that is usually use for hair cuts, but it works
good for my beard also.

A:AnswerYes. There are two part numbers on their site. When I got my clippers two weeks ago, one of the blades had a broken tooth. I immediately called customer service. They asked for the model and they sent me a replacement set. I received them in less than a week. When I opened the package, I notice that they were different than the one's that were on the clippers. So I called them back and asked if there were any difference between the two and she said that the only difference was the stamping on the blade and that the two part numbers were interchangeable. I also verified that they wouldn't damage the clippers if I installed them knowing that they were a different part number and she said no. The site did list different weights for the blades. So I weigh both sets and they were the same. Just remember, before you take the blades off, take notice of the blade alignment with the adjustment lever in both positions. Only the small blade has a guide that it must sit on. The large blade doesn't and it has to be adjusted by sight. They come with new screws which are the same as the original. The clippers does have a limited lifetime warranty. Look at the stamping on the blade when you order them to get the right blades, otherwise they will send you the standard set. I hope this helps.
A:AnswerI can't answer about overheating as I never used it for more than one haircut at a time. But the instructions specifically say the unit is for home use only. My guess is that the professional grade Wahl units are made to run for hours at a time but not this one. Having said that, the unit does look pretty hefty. If you're a professional barber, I'd look for one of the Wahl units intended for that purpose.
A:AnswerSorry, no. This product is designed for the US market, uses 110v to 120v and 60Hz. The 220 volt converter would be designed for 50Hz and would require different components inside the unit to work efficiently. If you need more information, please contact Wahl at [email protected].
