“I've seen a few TV stands/cabinets with NO holes in the center of the back for the media cords to go through. Is there really no way to get the cords from the DVRs, BluRays, etc to go through to the outlets in the walls?”

Hi Robin, There are 3 cable cutouts on this item, one at the back of each section. They are difficult to see in the pictures because they are located at the top of each shelf. But they're there! Hope that helps in making your decision!

My husband just drilled a hole through the back. It is super thin and took about 30 seconds from start to finish. This media center is REALLY nice for the money though and we get compliments on it all the time. Would definitely recommend.
