A:Answer Hello! These are great questions! The measurement from the floor to the top of the bed is 46-1/4", from the floor to the bottom of the bed is 28". My wife and I purchased this bed for our son (who is currently 3) and we've had a great experience. The bed is sturdy, and doesn't rock and scuff up our walls which is great! If I had a complaint, it would be that we hadn't purchased the bed earlier.
As for assembly services, these are relatively easy to put together, but we do recommend checking with your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to see what assembly options they offer. Hopefully that helps! Thank you!
