• Pretty easy, took maybe an hour. Used my own wood glue, did not use what the company provided.

• Good instructions. Very well laid out and parts are labeled nicely. Assembly is easier than iKea cabinets and very good quality. Didn't count the pieces but it was not overwhelming.
