QuestionDoes the clock illuminate or light up while plugged in? The old one did, but you cannot read the clock on this one unless you are very close to it. Very dark.

- Answer These are common cone coffee filters at Walmart or the grocery store. I was wondering about the carbon filters also but think I have seen those in a multipack somewhere on a shelf. I just use the filtered refrigerator water to make coffee anyway.

- Answer Mine stopped also but I also bought the extended warranty. Took it back to Best Buy with my receipts and they ordered a new one for me. I was also allowed to purchase another extended warranty on the new one.

- Answer I did. My coffeemaker stopped brewing. Took my receipts which included the extended warranty and Best Buy ordered me a new coffeemaker plus I was able to also buy another warranty. Had my new coffeemaker in just a couple of days.
