Mine stopped also but I also bought the extended warranty. Took it back to Best Buy with my receipts and they ordered a new one for me. I was also allowed to purchase another extended warranty on the new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy lists this as having a 3 year warranty. Warring Pro customer service says the unit is actually made by Cuisinart with the Waring brand on it and to call 800-366-5391 ext 415 for service and warranty.
