• Tgere is either a button on the side that you press to release the toothbrush head or you push the ring around the base of the toothbrush head and it will pop out.

• YES PULL IT STRAIGHT UP...IF YOU BREAK IT BY BENDING IT SIDEWAYS YOU CANNOT BUY A NEW TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER, YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT

• Hello - Yes, to remove the toothbrush head, just pull it away from the power handle. The brush head should be removed and rinsed after each use to avoid the build up of toothpaste that can make removing the brush head difficult.
