• In theroy, any computer can take a bigger HD if not to old. Also, OS, ram, CPU have a barring. Check manufacturers web page for up grade paths, check on web also. I think otherworld omputing might have a upgrade configuration tool

• If your p550c has a USB-C port it should. It fits my Yoga 920 with the 500 GB Solid state drive.
