“Can this hard drive transfer all my DVR recordings to this hard drive . I have a Hisense Smart TV . I don't know if that makes a difference. I have a lot of movies and will be adding more. If this is not the correct one please recommend”

I have not actually tried to transfer files to the drive but I suspect you can do so. There's no reason I can think of as to why you would not be able to do so.
