1- The version pictured on the website with a heat sink is a special edition version and has it's own part number. The version Best Buy sells does not have the heat sink. The heat sink version was not released at the same time and may not be available for purchase yet as it was scheduled to be released by the end of January 2021. 2-The drive should be compatible with your system, but because your system is based on a B550 chipset, it's important to ensure that this drive is in a PCIE 4 NVME slot or you won't get the expected performance. You may have to move (or remove) the existing drive to ensure you're getting the performance you're paying for.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This did not come with a heatsink, drive only. Your Alienware says it takes up to 2TB's so that would work, the bigger question is if the slot is PCI 3.0 or 4.0. If it's not a 4.0 you can get a cheaper version that's a 3.0. I bought this because my new motherboard supports 4.0. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the version with no heat sink. I dont think best buy sells the heat sink version. That said, most motherboards come with a built in nvme heatsinks. I'd be surprised if yours did not. As for the aurora, im not sure if it has gen 4 nvme slots. If it doesn't, the 850 will be a waste. It will still work, but you're paying extra for no speed benefit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1) No Heatsink, the heatsink version I believe can only be bought from the WD website. 2) It should work with your system as long as it has an M.2 PCIe slot but keep in mind you will only get the speeds if your motherboard is PCIe 4.0.
