Please try again later.Assuming you have access to a back up of your data, you may have to reload the basic operating system before you can reload your other programs/apps. Once you get your laptop running with a basic setup, you can try downloading Windows from the Microsoft site, using your product key code that should be somewhere on your laptop. It will take time, but unless there is another error in the system, you should be able to restore your laptop. Don't forget to go back to HP's website to download the drivers for your model. Most computer makers have the drivers set up for self-help.
