The external hard drive will not fix anything. Assuming you meant to say fit the answer is yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume what you mean by "will this fix my computer?", is, "I need to replace my hard drive in my Toshiba laptop, will this hard drive fit?". My answer to you is to remove your bad hard drive, get off the couch and take an easy drive down to Best Buy. You'll walk out with one that works at a great price.

If your hard drive is bad then no this will not just fix it by you replacing the hard drive. You will need the drivers disk from Toshiba to be able to install it into the computer. If you have virus or if your computer is running funny but your hard drive is work fine (i.e turning on the computer components) then you might want to back up everything and do a system restore. If you have windows 8,8.1 or 10 you can do a full restore on it without any disk. If you have anything else you need to order them for Toshiba if you didn't create them before the issue happened. If you do a system restore and the computer is still acting funny then you need to trouble shoot the issue.
