QuestionMy friend who owns a PS5 had told me that when he plugged in his old external USB 3.0 port hard drive he was not allowed to play ps5 games from it but only PS4 games, until he bought an SSD extension card. Will this happen for to me and my Xbox X as well?

- Answer The Xbox Series X cannot play games that are made only specifically for the Series Consoles on an External Hard-Drive. The only way you can play Xbox Series optimized games is off the Internal Storage or through the Expansion Cards

QuestionSo this expansion card works like a storage expansion? In that it allows me to transfer my optimized games from my internal to external drive and have no issue with it allowing me to play on my external hard drive with this slotted in the back of the xbox
