• I've noticed that reviews and questions sometimes get attached to different models of what is essentially the same product. For the product "WD - easystore 14TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive - Black / Model:WDBAMA0140HBK-NESNSKU:6425303, if you look at Specifications-->Features, it does indeed say that it has "Encryption." There are no details on the BestBuy website as to what this means, however, so it can be manual, automatic, determined by folders or file types, etc. If this is important to you, I suggest you go to the Western Digital website itself and search for more information there.
