• No, once you connect the Hard Drive to a separate device it will have to be formatted so it can be recognized. From PC to PC should be good based on the Operating System but Gaming System to System most likely will NOT work unless both devices have the same update patches.

• I do not think so to be honest the drive gets locked by the console for copy protection
