“I am using this device on my xbox one and I have connected it and formatted it so that I could download games on it. But when I plug it into the xbox one, the xbox says that it is not connect. What do should I do or any ideas on how to fix it?”

• You must format it with the xbox. From there you can transfer games through your ethernet from your computer.

• Try to reformat it on pc. Then plug it back into the xbox. Next go to settings and reformat it on the xbox.
