Hey, thought since Best Buy isn't answering your question I would try. If you're on windows, open control panel (can type "con" in the search box/cortana, then enter) click on system and security, then power options, then change plan settings, then change advanced power settings. Click hard disk - Turn off hard disk after, then click down arrow till it says never. Then The +Sleep - Sleep after, click never, same for hibernate. USB settings - USB selective suspend, set to disabled. Should work.
