• I primarily use mine for plastation4 pro. I have not tried my computer given the fact that I have a setup that is only for online computer gaming and has 4tb of storage already. It may be possible that the storage unit might format to a computer but it said on the box that it was meant for PlayStation consoles.

• Yes and absolutely not. Yes, you download and install PS4 games on to this external HDD. You CANNOT, however, then take the same HDD and expect it to work on your computer. PS4 uses a different file system than Windows so, in order for this HDD to be used on a PC, the drive would have to be formatted, losing all data in the process.
